Honor 50 Series Full Specification Leaked, To Support 100 Watt Fast Charging

The Upcoming flagship series of Honor, the Honor 50 series is expected to be announced on June 16. Now today, the specifications of three smartphones have been detailed in an extensive new leak, in courtesy of tipster, Ishan Agarwal and 91Mobiles. But mysteriously the details about the Snapdragon 8 88 powered Honor 50 Pro + is missing, so it seems that the company may not launch it on June 16.

The midrange smartphone Honor 50 Pro 5G would feature a 6.72inch AMOLED display, with a punch-hole cutout which sits in the top-left corner of the display, and houses a 32-megapixel main selfie camera and a 12-megapixel secondary camera. It would be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 78G 5G chipset.

The rear camera setup consists of 108Mega Pixel camera , which sits inside a massive camera bump,while on another humb there is an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, and two 2-megapixel snappers that act as macro and depth sensors.

Completing the package is a 4,000mAh battery with support for 100Watt fast charging. Eventhough the charging speed is impressive, but the actual battery capacity is a bit disappointing considering the sheer size of the phone.

Honor is staying quiet about the return of Google services to its phones, but Honor Germany said last month that it’s happening, and the two companies were also in talks earlier this year.

Moving on to the next smartphone the Honor 50 5G, it should be available as a slightly cheaper alternative. Honor 50 would feature a 6.57inch OLED display with 32megapixel single selfie camera. It would also be powered by the 5G Snapdragon 778G chipset.

 Honor 50 Pro rear camera uses the same setup from the Pro variant which means 108Mega Pixel main camera , while there is an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, and two 2-megapixel snappers that act as macro and depth sensors.

Despite being a physically smaller phone, the Honor 50 reportedly includes a larger 4,300mAh battery. But, it would only support 66Watt fast charging, although that’s certainly nothing to complain about.

Now moving on to the cheapest smartphone in the series ,the Honor 50 SE 5G, it would feature a 6.78inch LCD display with a 16 Megapixel selfie camera. The device would be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G chipset.

The camera department would feature 100-megapixel sensor which is paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, as well as a 2-megapixel macro camera. It would have a 4000mAh battery which would support upto 66watt fast charging.

So it seems to us, that all of the Honor 50 series smartphones are well specked, and If priced correctly with Google services, the Honor 50 SE 5G could be one of the best budget 5G phones in 2021.
